It is difficult to live with social atrocities and issues but it is more difficult to know that society is not concerned about them. 2016 SS12 Project Competition and Maker Fair changed that by bringing more than 200 people who showed their concern by materializing innovative ideas to solve the issues. We are excited to see more of that same spirit this year at the SS12 Project Competition and Maker Fair 2017. What is SS12?

SS12 is a codeathon and makeathon challenge organized to recognize the best social innovators in the Asian Pacific. The theme for this year is Education through Innovation: Innovate, Demonstrate, Educate. Students form Universities all over Asia and Middle East will be participating displaying their engineering skills.

What is Maker Fair?

A Maker Fair is a celebration of innovators, makers, doers coming together to showcase their products to the local community. All types of makers like Tech enthusiasts, Crafters, Tinkerers, Hobbyists, Industries and other organizations, clubs and forums, authors, artists, students and entrepreneurs are welcome to the Maker Fair.
