During this weekly meeting, our topic of discussion was the choice of hotel and means of accomodation. We shared opinions on multiple choices and will be asking for suggestions and ideas from former congress board members.
Another important topic we had on the agenda was the first steps to securing sponsors, partners and collaborators.
