The IEEE Student Congress Meet 2025 is an engaging platform jointly organized by Acropolis Institute of Technology and Research, Indore – IEEE SIGHT Student Branch Group (SBA04301S), IEEE MP Section SIGHT Chapter, and IEEE Student Branch (STB04301). This congress aims to unite IEEE Student Branches from Indore and Bhopal for a collaborative, insightful, and growth-oriented gathering.
The event will feature a keynote expert session by Dr. Somesh Kumar, Chair SAC, IEEE MP Section, on the topic “Discover VTools: The Backbone of IEEE SB Management”, offering students a valuable understanding of IEEE operations, vTools reporting processes, leadership roles, and effective Student Branch management.
A major highlight of the meet is the Poster Showcase Activity, where participating Student Branches will present their annual achievements, including conducted activities, obtained grants, vTools updates, and overall branch performance insights.

Best Student Branch(Indore & Bhopal) – For notable achievements and vibrant initiatives
Best Emerging Student Branch – for newer SBCs showing promising growth and activity
