Prospective authors and contributors are cordially invited to submit paper(s) to the IEEE R10-Humanitarian Technology Conference 2017, held December 21-23 at the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
The event is one of the flagship conferences of IEEE R10. This year’s theme is “Smart Technologies for Humanity” and its aim is to bring together individuals conducting project and research to innovate smart technologies for humanitarian applications. The scope of the conference includes wide areas of science and engineering with a target to advancing humanitarian technologies. All accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore.
Paper submission deadline is July 20, 2017.

For international authors who are IEEE members, the registration fee is USD 250 which includes registration kits, half day city tour, two lunches, snacks, ticket for award & celebration night and a banquet dinner, social event, and entry to all technical sessions.
A large number of Partial Travel Grants are available ranging from 50 to 300 USD. Also there are best paper awards in different categories.
It is a pleasure to inform that 2017 International Humanitarian Technology Project Competition (IHTPC) will be held within the conference, which is financially sponsored by IEEE Humanitarian Activity Committee (HAC) and offers 3,000 USD Awards/Travel-Grants.
